E-Governance Services

Our e-government services enable government bodies to provide their citizens with online access to their services such as filing taxes, applying for permits, or paying bills. We have served various government bodies to provide e-government services to its citizens such as the release of new service connections, extension/reduction of load, NOC for electrical layout, NOC for genset, generation and payment of utility bills, property tax collection, grievance redressal, etc.

It features real-time transaction monitoring, automatic reconciliation, fraud prevention, immediate defaulters detection, business analytics, and a management information system.

Meter Reading, Bill Generation and Bill Distribution

Our meter reading and bill distribution/spot billing application enables government bodies to capture meter readings through an optical probe connected to the Meter/Optical Character Recognition (OCR). This application enables government utilities to generate and issue utility bills accurately and on the spot. In addition, this application captures the geo-coordinates of the consumer premises and also enriches the consumer GIS database.

Customer Relationship Management/Revenue Management

Our Customer Relationship Management application provides an integrated platform to government utilities across all the business processes viz. customer acquisition, customer onboarding/projects, metering, billing, collection, disconnection/reconnection, customer services, operation and maintenance, contract management, e-measurement, fire & safety, management information system, etc.

Pension Management

Our Pension application enables tabulation of death cum retirement gratuity payment orders, pension payment orders, and commutation payment orders of pensioners as per regulations of the respective State/Central Governments, its approval through a workflow-based system, to issue and print authorities and disbursement of payments to the pensioners after deduction of statutory taxes. It also provides a web and mobile interface for pensioners to mark their annual attendance through the inbuilt face recognition or Jeevan Pramaan application. It facilitates pensioners to retrieve their gratuity payment order, pension payment order, commutation payment order, pension payment slip, and TDS certificate and also submit tax saving instruments from anywhere and anytime.

Social Media Listening, Amplification and Sentiment Analysis

We help government bodies to listen to various news agencies and social media platforms to collate news/stories in real-time related to a government department(s)/dignitaries/influencers to measure the effectiveness of their campaigns, identify potential issues and emerging trends, track sentiment, and engage with customers in real-time. In addition, we also have expertise in social media amplification which enables governments to use social media platforms to amplify a message or content to a wider audience.

Vigilance activities

Our Vigilance application aids vigilance officers to identify and localize occupants with a high degree of suspicion to be involved in energy/fuel theft through Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning algorithms, capturing particulars of vigilance checking reports, collating evidence, carrying out the provisional and final assessment of theft, monitor recovery and registration of First Information Report (FIR) with the concerned police station.

Customer Services

Our Customer Services application provides a web and mobile interface for consumers to seek various consumer services so as to provide reprieve to the consumers from multiple visits and harassment. It provides access to various services viz. view current/historical bills, make payments towards energy bills or demand notices, view receipts, view consumption pattern, average consumption, register a complaint, check complaint status, new service connection, extension/reduction of load, meter change, name change, category change, bill correction, disconnection, reconnection, shifting of service connection, report theft, etc.

Safety Work Permit

Our Safety Work Permit (SWP) or a Permit To Work (PTW) application provides a mechanism to analyze and identify risks associated with high-risk work activities so as to mitigate those risks and avoid accidents. It enables government utilities to manage high-risk work activities related to the operation and maintenance of their infrastructure safely.

Content Management Systems

Our Content Management Systems (CMS) applications allow government bodies to manage, organize, and publish content across multiple channels. With a CMS, governments can easily create, edit, and publish content on websites, blogs, social media, and other digital platforms. CMS allows content to be easily searchable and accessible, making it simpler to share and repurpose content across different channels. We work with a variety of CMS platforms including WordPress, Drupal, Joomla, and more. We work closely with government bodies to determine the best CMS Platform for your requirements, and we will ensure that your website is responsive, easy to use, visually appealing, and optimized for search engines.
