Mr. Hitesh Nayyar is the Founder Director and Chief Executive Officer since 2010. He has a rich experience of over 22 years in the IT Consulting and Services Business. He has successfully led various assignments for Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited, National Thermal Power Corporation Limited, Punjab State Power Corporation Limited, Dakshin Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam Limited, Uttar Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam Limited, Uttarakhand Power Corporation Limited, Ajmer Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited, Jodhpur Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited, Punjab Government, Himachal Government, etc. In fact, many of his ideas have been recognized by the Government of India for technological innovation, for instance, Trust based Billing for Kanpur Electricity Supply Company and Samvaad for National Thermal Power Corporation Limited.

He has successfully pioneered and has been a key architect in Spot Billing of energy consumers through mobile applications as against hand-held terminals, which were used earlier. This mobile application is capable of downloading billing parameters from the DLMS and Non-DLMS energy meters and issuing energy bills on the spot. This application is in use in many Power Distribution Companies and has helped them to reduce their distribution losses and augment their revenue.

He is also one of the key architects of the Customer Relationship Management application for City Gas Distribution (CGD) which covers all the business processes viz. customer acquisition, customer onboarding/projects, metering, billing, collection, disconnection/reconnection, customer services, operation and maintenance, contract management, e-measurement, fire & safety, management information system, etc.

His recent contribution is a Sentiment analysis application for Punjab Government. This application automatically collates news/stories related to Punjab Government from various news agencies and conducts sentiment analysis through Machine Learning algorithms. This application was recently rolled out by the Honourable former CM of Punjab, Captain Amarinder Singh himself.

Innovation and client delight inspired him to qualify as Lead Auditor of ISO 9001 and further to architect and implement a state-of-art Quality Management System based on ISO 9001 and CMMI Dev View 2.0. The company has been appraised for CMMI ML3 Dev 2.0 under his leadership.

He is a qualified Engineer from Thapar University, Patiala; and has completed his Master's in Technology from Guru Nanak Dev Engineering College, Ludhiana (Punjab). He is also a qualified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001 and has recently completed his Nano Degree in Blockchain.

He is a voracious reader with specific interests in Marketing, HR, Technology, and Politics. He has written 4 books on Information Technology for beginners. Currently, he is writing another book on "How to Market Technology Effortlessly!”

Ms. Gurpreet is our Vice President/Chief Technical Officer and has been associated with the company since 2010. She has a rich experience of over 12 Years and has served as a Solution Architect, Project Manager, Team Leader, and Full Stack Developer.

She has successfully worked on various assignments for Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited, National Thermal Power Corporation Limited, Punjab State Power Corporation Limited, Dakshin Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam Limited, Uttar Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam Limited, Uttarakhand Power Corporation Limited, Kanpur Electricity Supply Company Limited, Poorvanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited, Ajmer Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited, Jodhpur Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited, Punjab Government, Himachal Government, etc.

She has excellent domain expertise in Oil, Gas, Power, Water Supply and Sewage, and Education Sectors and has successfully executed various projects which include, but are not limited to, Aviation Fuelling application for Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited, Energy and Non-Energy Bill Payment Collection Platforms for Punjab State Power Corporation Limited, Dakshin Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam Limited, Uttar Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam Limited; Customer Relationship Management for Green Gas Limited, Revenue Management System for Kanpur Electricity Supply Company Limited, Single Window Industrial Clearance Portal for Punjab State Power Corporation Limited.

She has been one of the key architects of various processes of our quality management system for which the company has been successfully appraised for CMMI Dev 2.0 ML3 with SAM. In addition, she has contributed to various processes to comply with the requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 27001, and ISO 20000-1.

She has completed her Master's from Maharishi Dayanand University and is generally hooked to data analytics.

Advocate Kanchan Khatana, is a seasoned human resources and legal professional. She carries over two decades of extensive experience working for multinationals in leadership roles. Ms. Khatana has supported in leadership roles at the country and continent (APAC) level for organizations such as TATA business support services, Patni Computers, Miditech, Intelenet ( Now Teleperformance), John Keells, United Health Group (Fortune 500 Company).

Advocate Kanchan Khatana holds a Graduate degree in Economics (BA) from Panjab University, Graduate Degree in Law(LLB) from Rajasthan University, a Master’s Degree in Business Administration( MBA) with Honors in Human Resources Development from Punjab Technical University, and another Master’s Degree in Law(LLM- Human Rights) from KR Mangalam University. She holds advanced certifications in Project Management and Six Sigma from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT, Delhi) and is Certified Internal Auditor for ISO 27001 from British Standard Institute. Further a Certified Compliance Officer from ICSIL (Govt of India PSU). She also holds a certification in “Corporate Governance” from the School of Corporate Governance & Public Policy, Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs.

Ms. Khatana is Vice Chair for the Women Empowerment and Studies section of the Indian National Bar Association and a distinguished member of the International Council of Jurists in London, UK.
